Position: Operations Analyst

Directly Reports To: General Manager

Status: Salary

Description:
Identifies the defects in the business models and operations. Conducts research, investigates workflows, business procedures, recommends changes and aims to identify opportunities for improvement. The analyst provides a high level of support to upper management by ensuring business strategies and financial goals are achieved through timely and accurate analytics and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyzes marketing, entertainment, and players club information, including but not limited to, evaluation of promotions and events, revenue build and marketing calendar, headcount, evaluation and recommendations of direct mail strategy, assisting and evaluating marketing’s daily revenue reporting, and other reports as requested or assigned.
  • Runs, interprets and shared data and performance results with all levels of the organization; this may include standardized reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assists or completes any ad-hoc reporting or analysis related to Food & Beverage, Gaming or other business areas as requested. Also, identifies needed reporting, assembles or directs the assembly of reports and distributes such information.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the operation to help identify and implement revenue improvement opportunities. As well as identifying any issues or concerns.
  • Provides timely and accurate analysis of departmental related statistics, analytical reports, budgets and related operating expenses to assist the department functions in an effective, efficient and profitable manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skill:

  • Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • Perform complex mathematical computations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Dishwasher

Directly Reports To: Chef

Status: Hourly

Description:

Each dishwasher’s primary objective is to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Prepare and package individual place settings.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Sweep and scrub floors.
  • Receive and store supplies.
  • Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skill:

  • Wear a uniform and Groom appropriately.
  • Must posses a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
  • Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
  • Physical Requirements – ability to bend, stoop; lift materials up to 40lbs; stand for long periods of time (up to 7 hours).

Experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Line Cook

Directly Reports To: Chef

Status: Hourly

Description:

Prepare various food products in Ventanas Restaurant main kitchen.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains a clean and safe work area adhering to food safety and health standards.
  • Ensures food ingredients are stored in their designated area and rotated in the proper manner.
  • Prepares all items in accordance with approved recipe cards.
  • Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
  • Works efficiently and effectively to gather, wash, cut, season, cook, and store quality ingredients.
  • Performs a variety of butchering tasks, such as trimming, and cutting.
  • Prioritizes and organized tasks for speed and quality assurance.
  • Ensures requisitions are filled out for following days par-stock requirements.
  • Reports directly to Kitchen Manager/Chef and Food & Beverage Managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skill:

  • Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
  • Food handler’s card required.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to work under pressure an take initiative in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Physical Requirements – ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.; stand for long periods of time, carry, bend, stretch, stoop; dealing with fluctuations of temperature from hot to cold.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year line cook experience.

Position: Security Officer (Inside)

Directly Reports To: Security Manager

Status: Hourly

Description:

Provides exceptional customer service to all guests and potential guests by greeting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Ensures that all guests as well as employees have a safe and pleasant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greets customers in a friendly manner.
  • Maintains secured areas and protection of company assets in both casino and racing facility.
  • Guarantees adherence to all policies, and gaming/racing commission regulations by both patrons and fellow employees.
  • Ensures qualified admissions and gives customer assistance when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Surveillance Operator

Directly Reports To: Shift Supervisor

Status: Hourly

Description:

To conduct continuous surveillance and protect all areas of the casino and racetrack, by using the closed circuit television (CCTV) system as directed by Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Manager in compliance with Gaming, departmental and company regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitors and records all casino and racetrack activities.
  • Records and reports all questionable activities.
  • Writes detailed incident reports.
  • Communicate problems to department supervisor and/or manager or gaming agency when applicable.
  • Detains confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skill:

  • Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.
  • Be comfortable sitting and monitoring cameras for eight consecutive hours.
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write the English Language.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts.
  • Must be able to obtain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit, therefore; must be 21 years of age and pass a criminal and credit background check.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year surveillance operator experience is a plus.
